Dr. Nick

Anxiety & ADHD Expert, Therapist, and Psychiatrist

Dr. Nick Nissen is a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist specializing in ADHD and anxiety disorders, with additional expertise in treatment-resistant depression and substance use disorders. While at Harvard Medical School, he served as Chief Resident of Student Mental Health and conducted research on non-stimulant treatments for ADHD.

He founded his concierge psychiatry practice to provide highly personalized, relationship-centered care that goes beyond brief medication visits. Dr. Nissen is known for his holistic, root-cause approach, integrating evidence-based psychiatry, therapy, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle interventions to support long-term mental wellness.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Nissen hosts the Brain Health with Dr. Nissen podcast and reports for ABC News on emerging research in brain health, wellness, and mental health treatment. He is a husband, father of three, and former high school football coach.

Dr. Alexandra

Women’s Mental Health & Perinatal Psychiatrist

Dr. Alexandra is a Yale-educated psychiatrist and therapist with training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. She has a particular passion and extensive knowledge of reproductive psychiatry and women’s mental health. She excels at providing care for patients who have had recurrent miscarriages, infertility, and infant loss. She is very familiar with the processes of egg freezing, IUI, IVF, and gestational surrogacy and therefore can provide a great support system for patients and their families who are going through these challenging times.

Dr. Jenna

Anxiety, Panic, and OCD Expert Psychologist

Dr. Jenna is a doctoral-level psychologist specializing in OCD, anxiety disorders, insomnia, and chronic neuroplastic pain, with a particular focus on high-performing professionals. Since 2016, she has treated hundreds of individuals using evidence-based therapies including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

She is known for her rigorous, root-cause approach to treatment, helping patients interrupt the underlying cognitive and biological patterns that drive anxiety, obsessive thinking, and stress-related symptoms. Her work emphasizes meaningful behavioral change and restoring long-term functioning through highly individualized care.

Moira

ADHD Executive Function Skills Coach 

Moira is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach (ACC) specializing in ADHD and student coaching. She completed her training at JST Coaching & Training, a leader in research-based ADHD coaching for students.

She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Boston University and combines her clinical training with a background in education to help students build practical systems for academic and personal success.

Moira’s coaching style is collaborative, evidence-based, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on helping students navigate the unique demands of college life with greater confidence, structure, and balance.
